What we do:

This practice was created to offer a space where people can explore some of the most personal and vulnerable parts of their lives—without shame or judgment.

We specialize in trauma and sex therapy, working with individuals and couples who want to heal from past experiences, deepen intimacy, and feel more connected to themselves and others.

Our approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in a safe and supportive relationship. We move at your pace, helping you make sense of your experiences while building new ways of relating—to your body, your emotions, and your relationships.

We view sexuality as a natural and important part of being human. Whether you’re navigating concerns around desire, communication, identity, or connection, our work is rooted in curiosity, respect, and a nonjudgmental perspective.

Clients often come to us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we work toward creating a greater sense of clarity, safety, and possibility.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when it involves trauma or sexual concerns. We’re here to make that step feel a little more approachable—and to support you in the process of meaningful, lasting change.
